How is Eden Park and PSBB school. any problems?

Q: Hi, How is Eden Park. is it good? are there any problems as such which the residents or owners face? how is the PSBB school. any problems? is there a shopping complex inside? would like to know the genuine feedback from the owners or residents here.... thanks and regards.

Eden park is one of the project by L and T properties. The project comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk flats with all modern amenities. The project is approved by CDMA, Chennai airport is about 10kns to 15kms from the project and the railway station is about 20 kms to 25kms. PSBB school is about 4.5kms form Eden Park.
