Car parking allotment.

Q: How is car parking allotment done here and in other apartments,is there any guideline followed by builders. Area purchased/no bed rooms purchased / floorwise is it from top to ground floor apartments,capital invested on flat purchased / on close contacts with builder. so what is basis?

is construction completed as mentioned in website
is it functional

If you want to buy a car parking it will be allotted on your name when you are buying an apartment.
