Land in phase 3 of Ansal API is not yet clear.

Q: Hi all
I was talking to one of the HDFC personal and he was saying that land in phase 3 is not yet clear. It's clear up to sector M only (i.e phase 2). In fact land in phase 3 comes under LDA notification and it's not yet acquired by Ansal API. That's the reason HDFC is NOT financing in phase three. I heard some of the plots in few pockets in Sector C also came under the legal issues and possession is not yet given even after 6 - 7 years. Remember Mulayam Singh is known for launching LDA/Awas Vikash Schemes. He launched Vrindavan, Basant Kunj Ashiana and Gomti Nagar Extn etc... in his previous tenures. Mayavati was known for supporting builders. She normally doesn't launch any LDA/Awas Vikas Schemes. In this scenario how safe is to investing in phase 3 or upcoming phase 4 of Ansal API ?

I am an allottee in sector C pocket 4. Even after 10 years, possession of plot has not been offered. Some land is yet to be acquired. They simply sell plots...one is left to fend for himself. Please only buy ready to move in flats or plots. You may pay more but you will have peace of mind which is the best.

Yes, Surender, recently I have contacted with the builder and he said that project is approved by IDA. he also assures that there is no issue related to IDA approval..
Anyway If anyone gets more information let me know...

Few days back , it came in local Amar Ujala that some FIR has been lodged against Ansal's . The issue is that Ansal's has not even purchased the land from Villagers ( owners ) and still they are cultivating the land. Mr. B.B. Singh accepted in Newspaper that they have yet to purchase lands from villagers. I am talking about Phase II only.

This is real fact guyz, never invest in Ansals as they are deeply corrupt and they are hand in hand with UP gov in grabbing land and the launches are just to fool customers and in really as a buyer in paradise dimond I feel cheated, after 4 yrs of my bookings now as there is still no ground work and no real update and false promises given by ansal whenever give them a call. I will suggest dont waste your hard earned money in them and better you invest anywhere else but not with ansals.

ansal wale chor hai dear, invest any where except ansals. or contact any person who booked flat in 2009 in Aastha,Paradise diamond. after four years project is yet to start.and then you will never get update from ansals. they are just fooling the people in lucknow

Instead of believing on HDFC, why not you go and check with LDA directly that what are the area which come under LDA notification and what are approved by LDA.

I just wanted to know what do you mean by It's clear up to sector M only (i.e phase 2)., is that all sector starting from A to M are approved by LDA ??

After knowing so much I do not think it will be safe to invest in Phase III. I would suggest you to take advice from your legal experts in this issue.
