Q: Why builders opposing construction of low budget apartments in the same premises of luxurious apartments?

That is all marketing promotional program. Any buyer who pay for a luxurious home may not opt to stay in a neighbourhood of a low budget apartment. that may affect the selling of the high valued projects. That is the main reason the builders are opposing to build budget apartment in the same land of their luxurious project.
