Real estate market in Pune is considered as a stable market till now

Pune is the only city in INDIA which has acquired such a massive growth within a short duration of time. There are many MNC's located in Pune where thousands of employees work. Looking back in the past, places like Balewadi, Baner , Hinjewadi were like arid lands, but now they have gained people's attractions and now known as one of the highly developed areas in Pune.
Just few days back i visited a construction site in Baner, by KBD Group called "Palldion", i was astonished by the way the area has developed. KBD Group has done a great job, their schemes are massive with great amenities and facilities provided to their customers. I had a very pleasing experience.
