Suggest how to proceed further.

Q: Sir, our builder has sold almost 95% of flats and we have formed flat owners association 3 years back but still our builder is not transferring balance uds (after 5% share) to our association please suggest how to proceed further.

Hi Naren, Contact a legal expert and also discuss with the Apartment Owners Associations and check what further preventive measures can be taken.
