Please answer my query.

Q: I have not been allotted a parking ( neither 2 nor 4 wheelers ) in SP Shukhobrishti 2 BR flats. Where can I park my vehicle inside the campus ? How a reputed builder like Shapoorji expect that a few residents of this complex will have no vehicles. I would be obliged if someone can answer my queries .

It was already mentioned in the application at the time of booking the flat that parking will not be allotted to all the resident owners. Hence ,legally the builder is not responsible.Although there is a big question to those who have not been allotted parking!The only option is left to park outside or rent.

same here with me, parking not allotted, they say parking was allotted by draw of lots so I don't think we can do anything, have to park car outside the campus

Hey Jayant, have you gone through the documents received in sales deed? If it is mentioned in the sales deed that the flat owner will get a parking space then you will have all the rights to question the builder. It is advisable to take advice from a legal expert too.
