Selling a property which is on loan.

Q: How do I sell an apartment that is on loan and how can one estimate the actual price of the flat before sale? I do not want to involve an realtor in this ...so please advice.

Hey Sameer, First you have to check how many sq ft area is your apartment. You can sell the apartment which is on loan if the buyer is ready to pay the home loan. If you want you can list your property in Commorfloor.
