Which is better Piyush Rosette or Krish?

Q: Piyush Rosette is getting built very well and construction is going on with good speed. I need to buy a 2 bhk floor in Bhiwadi for my brother, so looking to chose between Piyush Rosette Or Krish. The premium with Krish is higher but construction is slow and I can get 2 Bhk in Piyush Rosette for 20L(all inclusive) in re-sale, so which one I should go for? Please suggest. I personally like the layout of Piyush township better so expert people suggest please.

Thanks for the answer. I too agree that Piyush Rosette is better than Krish or Omaxe and the current price of 20 L is also good. I am looking for a unit at a good location and will finalize the deal as soon as I find one.

I feel you should go with Piyush Rosette as you said that it is well constructed and the construction work is also going on in a fast pace. I have also seen the project, they are providing all the modern facilities like ultra modern fire-fighting system to ensure complete safety, swimming pool and the project is just 7 kilometres from the proposed new airport.
