Buying a 3 BHK apartment at Orchids Kovaipudur.

Q: Guys, I'm thinking of purchasing a 3BHK apartment at Orchids, Kovaipudur. I was about to book the apartment yesterday but something stops me. Common guys, need ur help. The apartment costs approximately 36 lakhs including car parking at Kovaipudur. Is it a good deal?
