Q: Hi, I bought a plot in Dayal's residency in 2007. Did anybody buy there recently? Is there any development going on in that area?

Can we create a facebook group with all owners and their plot numbers? Did anybody go there recently? Where do we need to pay the property tax for this community? Recently we can see one building in the middle of the project. Do anybody know what it is?

yes they have taken another project divine residency .this layout is bit inside ..we have to realy do something about our plots there in dayal residency..they are not developing and forget about that even now condition is like that that we cant make out which is our plot...please share your contact details so we can do someting together....

I was planning to buy a plot in Dayal's residency.The going rate is Rs 1000 per sft. Is it a good buy in terms of a 5 year horizon.

I own plot in Dayal Residency too...I think as suggested by some people in this forum, we need to form team to approach this builder so that we can request him to complete the unfinished work that he promised during the time of selling.

Hi guys,
I got plot in Dayal residency, as said above we owners need to talk to Developer, I believe they ll brain wash n justify if single owners go and ask for any of the developments. Better we need to form group and should ask them

I've been told before buying the plot that developer will provide the power supply but I don't see any power supply even after 4 years.

hi, I have a plot there and in my recent visit i found that there was borewell dug by one of site owner. In the neighbhourhood pride vatika facing this layout there has 6 new constructed homes.
