Need advise on Aditya Eden Park (Gachibowli) and Prajay Megapolis (Hi Tech City).
Q: 1) I have booked a 3 BHK at Aditya Eden Park, located at Nallagandla. I purchased it in a scheme where pre-EMI will be paid by builder. The rate per sqft is 2400, amenities 4 lacs. Is this a good purchase? From point of view of staying there. Also will the price of this property appreciate in next 5 years?
2) I want to know is it a good decision to invest in another property (2BHK) in Hyderabad to secure my future by ensuring a fixed rental income from it? If yes, I have a budget of 25 lacs, looking for a good 2BHK option at a good location which gives a decent rental income of around 10 to 12 thousands. I was looking at Prajay Megapolis; the location is very good, but since the project has just launched and it being a huge project, not sure if the builder can complete it in 2 yrs as he is promising. Please suggest if Prajay Megapolis is safe option or not. Please suggest other options as well within my budget.
Hai Kalyan, Aditya Builders are well-known for their quality projects. As far as my knowledge, you have invested in a good project and it is worth investing in Aditya project. The price looks reasonable for that location. Gachibowli is a fast growing and so you can expect good appreciation in the short future.
