RBI has reduced the repo rates and this will make the availability of funds cheaper. Hence public sectors will engage themselves in fund raising programs.

Hi Suhas, low interest loans will improve the sales of real estate. And this will improve the inflow situation for the real estate which might reduce the project cost.
