Q: I was informed that approval is not available for last 2 years. When is it planned to start?

Thanks Kiran ji and Subramanium ji. Builder has always inform the next month start date, whenever contacted. This trade mark answer has given for last one year.

I do not think still now CMDA has approved the project, for further clarification you can talk with the builder.

Hello Pazhani, As of Fairpro 2009 (Feb 15), the project had got legal clearance approval and CMDA approval was awaited. Still now no update about the CMDA approval.
