Q: How do I join the residents group here on common floor? Sent a mail to the group ID. Have not received the activation mail. Moving into Tranquil this week.

Hi Shailaja,
Sending a mail to group ID is not a process of joining your apartment community. You can click in this link Mantri Tranquil Owners Group and sign up, the concern person will verify you email address and process further.
