Q: Why most of the people are not showing interest in paying the impact fee in Ahmedabad?

In few cases, the impact fees calculated for buildings is greater than the total construction cost of the building. This is not at all supportive.

So what has the govt. planned to do to solve this problem?

Yes Prakhar, the fees is high and also there is no clarity seen related to issues like parking... That's why many are objecting to this system.

The impact fee is so high that the building owners are not interested to pay the fee.
