Now since she did not live in her husband's house, her in-laws family members are saying that she cannot get her husband's property. So I want to know will a widow have right to be owner of her husband's property or not? Will she have to stay there only to get that property? Please help.

Documents like enterprise details including name, address, type of enterprise (proprietorship, societies, partnership, companies, local authority) and particulars of registration; an authenticated copy of the commencement certificate from the competent authority, etc. have to be enclosed by the promoters... This proof will give a hope that the project and the builder can be trusted.. isn't this a better idea..

Previously also IT dept had raided few developers and found above 100 crore assets with them.. This is also one such issue. This shows how the builders are making profit by snatching from buyers..
