Is there any availability of flat for sale in Purva Jade at present?

Q: I want to purchase a 3BHK apartment in Purva Jade or similar type in Arcot road, Saligramam, Vadapalani and nearby areas. Please revert back if any available.

I have been in Chennai ever since I was born. I shifted to Purva Jade just a year ago. I'm very happy with my new place. My family is equally happy with everything that has gone through. My wife was the one who was very pleased knowing that our son's school was just a walk away. I got a job soon after we shifted which is nearby as well. Jade has numerous amenities that at first got us very excited. It still does but in time it has sunk in. We love everything about this place.

Purva Jade in Chennai has been my home for quite some time now. I initially shifted here alone by was joined by my family a short while later. Everything here is in just right. Right from my workplace to my daughter's school. The comfort level is high as everything is within touching distance. The level of entertainment around here is also really great with a swimming pool, club house & jogging area in the complex which make this place really amazing. I'm really happy here & have no intention of moving elsewhere.
