Indeed Nidhi, Noida is becoming a hot spot for investors as well as end users. This place has shown many improvements in these days. Noida development authority has taken many steps for redevelopment & improvement of this location. Now it is heard that Noida is going to become a smart city. It is exciting & great news for Noida & greater Noida residents.

Hi Nidhi ,
As I heard from news that, Noida is the first city in India that has set down sewage as well as drainage system in 82 villages. This city has wide metro connectivity, famous formula one track, well known hospitals, many parks as well as very wide roads. Even Noida Authority is planning for redevelopment of many existing infrastructures.

HDIL has secured all the required approvals for the project. Soon it will be launched. In this project both plots and villas will be sold.
