Separate mandatory cultural fee charges

Q: Can a Owners Welfare Association charge a mandatory Cultural Fee apart from the regular maintenance? Is such act a legal binding for the flat owners paying monthly maintenance?

Hello Ritesh, You can ask for the by-law copy, if it is mentioned in the by-law they you have to pay otherwise not required. You can discuss with your legal expert about the matter.
