The project is delayed. People who booked their flats in 2009 have also not received their flats. Flat buyers of #Ananda, #Bramha and #Gulmohar Villa have staged #protest against #arihant Foundation and #Unitech on 21st Feb 2015 at the site. The builders are not replying as to when they will handover the flats, nor are they willing to pay the rent, On top of that they are seeking escalation cost. They are Cheaters. Do not buy a home in #NorthTown #North #Town.
