Q: Could any one of you suggest whether I can buy a villa in CSK Prestige County which is located in Shamshabad.

Hi Satya, I would suggest you to take advice from your legal expert before booking any flat there as it has not got approval from HMDA.

CSK Prestige County is one of the well known projects of CSK Realtors. It offers 3bhk villas and the price of the villas ranges from rs 30lakhs to Rs 32lakhs.

Hello Satya, Has it got approval from HMDA and check whether banks are giving home loans for this project? If yes then go ahead.

It hasn't got approval from HMDA but they told that they got all panchayat approvals
