Hi, I am Anand Joseph. I booked the Marutham Heritage project on February at a price of Rs.2700+ Till now there seems no progress in the project. All other projects in the nearby area have commenced in full swing. I have been waiting for almost 9 months now. No improvement, no activity has been started yet. The approval itself has not arrived. They say that they have received the approval but not showing the copy even. Please let me know if there are any body in the same status of mine? There are two ongoing project of Marutham Group at Tambaram West. The Projects are Marutham Heritage and Marutham Westwood.
