Q: What is the current rate of land in ( Rs/ Sq yard) near sanand tata motors area? I have known that it is around Rs 3500/sq yard .is it true?

Yes, it is a good option for investment because farmers are selling their land at a lower cost so you can expect future appreciation after few years.

I heard that the land prices in Sanand are drastically falling for the first time after a continuous appreciation since 2008.
