Q: Hello All, can any share the feedback for SUPERTECH LIVINGSTON project??? I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat there....Any body who has also taken a flat there plz share feedback...its important for me...thanks in advance...

The latter would be better. And I think you can try to contact other buyers and together approach the builder. May be he offer a discount then.

Thanks for advice friends..can anyone suggest how much do they bargain?? means i saw construction today..but found prices quite high...will it be good to talk super tech direct agent or shall i follow thru channel partner?
