Want to buy ready to move apartments

Q: I want to buy ready to move apartments. i have two options. one is neharpar universal greens , Sector 85 ,2bhk CLP , possession 2014 , 36L, and another is sector 49 status enclave 2BHK , Time Linked Plan , Possession 2013 August , 55 L . i am not able to decide for which one i should go for Please advise.Regards Pankaj

Before booking a flat check which project is providing you more modern amenities and specification.

Both the projects are good but I think it is better to book a flat in Status Enclave as the possession is by 2013 and the project is also away from the chaos and deadlines of professional life.
