Can a Flat be sold / transferred to another person at the time of allocation by NBCC?

Q: I have been allocated a flat under the recently held draws for Phase II, Gurgaon Heights, Pataudi Road, Guragon. I do not want to get that flat. Can I transfer it to some other person immediately?

You can talk with NBCC and tell them that you do not want the flat. NBCC will tell what are the procedures and all.

Hi Gaurav, As far as I know you cannot sell or transfer the flat to any other person.
