Without occupancy certificate buying a flat are the wise decision? because tomorrow the local authority will ask the same thing and cornered the owner either by asking pay the huge fine or will demolish the property. Choices are yours. Best of luck.

The Delivery will never happen on Feb'13 . it will be made only by May 13. this is the latest info. They are going to break their record time delivery :-(
The builders have claimed to hand over the Chandrakantha apartments starting FEB'13. I guess they have a good record when it comes to on time delivery.
