Yes you are rightHilite Metromax Kozhikode received six star CRISIL rating and the project is by HiLITE Builders Pvt. Ltd. & their office located NH Thondayad By-Pass. HiLITE HARMONY, HiLITE MANOR and even famous FOCUS MALL are their completed projects. I would rate excellent for these builders.

Metro Max has some of the finest residential projects in Rudrapur, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Goa. Regarding Hilite Metromax Kozhikode or Calicut, after receiving Six-Star CRISIL Real Estate rating,the project becomes first CRISIL rated project in North Kerala. Regarding the satisfaction level, I have not came across any negative feedback so I believe, it is an excellent investment for Calicut property bueyrs. Thank you
