Did you read the blog? You want to go with a builder who could not get occupancy certificates for any of his projects till now?

You want to go with a builder who has not given cauvery connection money to govt, instead pocketed it. One who has committed fraud of crores in maintenance money?

He as all approval for this project, i have gone through all the approvals also.
