The payment plan for Kgeyes Eternity is as follows: At the time of bookingyou have to pay Rs. 10 Lacs.
At the time of agreement signing you have to pay 15% of C.C. less Rs. 10 lacs
At the time of registration of UDS you have to pay 40% of C.C. + 100% of L.C.
1)Foundation work, (2)First floor roof, (3)Second floor roof,(4)Third floor roof & (5)Fourth floor roof you have to pay 7.5% of C.C. each time after completion of :
3% of C.C on completion of Individual brick wall.
2.5% of C.C. on completion of Internal plastering and
At the time of handing over of Keys you have to pay 2% of C.C.
