Details about DD Misty Hills

Q: HI,I was looking at Desai Homes DD Misty Hills villas. Does anybody have any inputs on this property, such as how is the location, neighborhood, etc? I believe that the villas are near completion and should be ready to occupy in the next 4-6 months. I have some concerns around the fact that there is a pretty steep climb from the villas to the road. Since I am not located in Kochi, I would appreciate some feedback from people who are familiar with this property.

It seems like the work is almost complete. Most of the villas the painting is done and interior work is going on. Some villas have also been handed over for possession. I was curious about the location, how far from the main road, etc. Have any of you visited the site?

The builder have given the expected completion date by the end of this year. I think they will completed the project by the time period.

I heard that there is a huge delay in the construction. Are you sure the villas will get completed by 4-6months?

DD Misty Hills is a good project. It is one of the project of Desai Homes and it is expected to get completed by 2012.
