As far as I know the rate per square feet ranges from Rs 3,215 per Sq-ft to Rs 3,383 per Sq-ft.

Rajarhat is situated under North 24 Parganas district in Kolkata. It was earlier known as New Town. The locality is turning into one of the major IT hubs and many industrialists have invested in the development of the township. As many IT companies are coming up, it has become one of the hotspots for real estate sector. Many investments have been done for commercial as well as residential spaces in this part.
