Information about the occupancy certificate

Q: I have purchased a flat in Akar Excelsior Project by Brokers. We are told that the OC certification is in final stage. When can I get the possession? Building is ready and was awaiting to get Environmental Clearance, which is reported to be obtained.

Hi Shyam, After getting the occupancy certificate you can occupy your flat. Occupancy certificate is very necessary as it shows that the project has been constructed according to the approved plan.
