Need advice on buying flat in Saket Sriyam

Q: My brother wants to buy a 3bhk flat in Saket Sriyam at Sainikpuri (25 floors highrise towers), please suggest.
Recently my brother's friend has bought one flat in that project and got the best deal. We got the feedback that they are more reliable in that Sainikpuri market, please suggest since they have last few left?

Saket has a reputation for on time delivery and good quality. The shriyam project is in ready to move in stage . It is the only project where your flat number will be your address. Imagining getting down in Sanikpuri station and saying I need to go to Saket .They have a very unique identity. Please visit the sight to see the completed flats.

yes i been to the project n its nicely done in all aspects anyway we have decided to take a call on that by owning one......

I checked in Commonfloor website and it is given that they got approvals from GHMC and HUDA. It's location is near Jai Jawan Nagar area in Kapra. You can check its map location here.

Near As Rao nagar, ECIL, its ready to occupy project n they about to get the occupancy certificate also..

Hi, as far as I know Saket group is a reliable builder. There are many good projects by this builder. I suggest your brother can go ahead with the project.
