Hi Suresh, The cost of 2bhk flat in Rock Lotus Pond will be in between Rs 24lakhs to Rs 26lakhs. The price of per square feet in Rock Lotus Pond is Rs 3200.

As far as I know the price of Dakshin Devesh is Rs. 3700 per sq. feet.

going rate in porur today is aroung 4000 per sft to 5500 per sft... if you are looking to buy an apartemnt here you can contact this person who will help you to get the best deal done with any builder for that matter they are very useful and helpful
