Availability and price details of the project

Hey can anyone tell me Is the project approved ?? Which all banks have approvals for home loans ?

@Vivek: Banks such as Corporation Bank , Bank of Baroda , Axis Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India , Federal Bank , Indiabulls , GIC Housing Finance Ltd , ICICI Home Finance , Bank Of India etc. The project approved by DTCP.

How is the Oragadam locality ?? How is the connectivity ?

Oragadam is very clean with ample parking space and 4 lane roads. The road to Walajabad is going to be made into 6 lane highway. Recently Asia largest vehicle testing track and research center was opened in this locality. Oragadam is the most happening place in Chennai at present and it is now connected by 4 lane road to Chennai-Bangalore Highway. Very soon Southern Railway is going to connect Sriperambudur and Oragadam to Indian Railway network.

The area is well-connected via road and rail and according to industrial experts, the presence of automobile giants like Renault-Nissan and Ford has triggered growth around Oragadam. Several manufacturing giants such as Motorola, Dell, Flextronics, Samsung, Nokia, Apollo Tyres and TVS Electronics, have set up their respective units in the industrial belt stretching from Sriperumbudur to Oragadam.
