Looking at Palace Homes for 2 BHK or 3 BHK flat?

Q: I got some better feedback from my friends that palace homes provides the better features along with the flats and apartments, am looking for 2 bhk flats in velachery or pallikaranai or kovilambhakkam, is it available?
