Planning to buy a plot in Ganapathy naga

Q: Planning to buy a plot in Ganapathy nagar at Pallikaranai. Is that a good idea. Some of them are telling its a forest land and CMDA approval is not possible. Please clarify.

As Debendra has said, it is better to take legal advice before investing. If there's something wrong you will have to struggle for years. And it might become a dead investment.

If it is a forest land and not approved by the authority. It is better not to invest in such properties.

Hi Dhanalakshmi, I think you should visit the place and check whether it is a good project and cross check the documents of the plot.
