Q: Mahalaxmi groups are offering plots in their upcoming Mahalaxmi City, Tonk Road @ 699/- per sq. yds. How safe it is to invest money in this project? Pl. advise.

There's no issue as far as legally everything is fine.. Check the legal documents before signing the deal..

I think it is a good deal but you should cross check the documents and construction quality before buy booking a plot

doesnt look like a bad deal for now, but exact location will matter, its distance from the jaipur, other ameneties that would be available etc. will matter also the quality of the material will require a check.
