How to transfer the property to my name?

Q: I have purchased a unit in Discovery Park in resale (was under subvention plan). Need to know whether it can be transferred in my name and what amount do I have to pay.

Hi Sunny, you will have to apply in the local municipal authorities for mutation.

Sales deed is main document for transfer of property. You will need a conveyance deed to transfer the title.
