Planning to book a 2BHK Flat in Bollineni, please guide
Q: I am planning to book a 2BHK Flat in Bollineni but with so many negative feedback on slum board, roads and ASI, can someone really guide me on this please.
I visited the site and met the Sales executive and found him to explain most of the things but after seeing the blogs and forums, I am very much confused. 50 Lakh is too big a investment and hence require some guidance. -Anantha
Approach road from OMR is 60 feet / with centre median. From Semmancherry it is concrete road upto BSCPL. What more you want. Encroachments are cleared and new roads being laid.
