Help me getting the assessee no. for my apartment

Q: I intend to make online payment of Municipal Taxes. But for that I need to have assessee no. pertaining to my apartment at Fjord Tower. Shall be glad if any body can help me getting the assessee no. for my apartment.

In the past, I never received any Municipal Taxes Bill. Initially, Hiland Park Owners jointly submitted petition for reduction in municipal taxes but in vain (understandably).

Hi Ashish, you can pay property tax online. go to the official website and make payment https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/jsp/KMCAssessmentCurrentPD.jsp

As you are a owner of Hiland Park, you can join the owners group and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Join Owners Group. May be they can help you out.

You can get the assessee no. in the Assessment Department of Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC)..
