Property tax

Q: We had got our flat in Akashganga Complex in 2010 and till now we have not paid any property tax. Builder has not given us any information on the same. Society has still not been formed. Is it the responsibility of individuals to pay the property tax and whom should we contact for the same?

If the builder has not formed the society then all the owners can take the initiative and form a society.

Hi Dipesh, You can take updated information from the builder of the project. You can ask him whether he have paid the property tax or not.
