Is investing in Alien's Space Station 1 in Tellapur, a safe proposition?

Q: The project Alien's Space Station 1 is way behind schedule. Entire project was to be completed by Nov 11 or latest by May 2012. Till now only one tower is nearing completion and construction is far behind schedule in case of other towers. Please advice.

An FIR(Cr No: 14/2015,Section 420 & 506 RCPuram Police station, Medak district) is registered against Aliens group. few owners did agitation in media which was published in following newspapers.

Suggestions To All prospective customers who may fall prey to Aliens groups fraud:

1.) Dont be in rush 2 buy after you are lured by handful of flats they could finish in 9 years rather enquire with GHMC as to when they started this project and then use your brain to extrapolate as to how many more years it will take for them to finish complete project.
2.) Visit state/national consumer forum to know yourself as to how many cases are running against them.
3.) Try to talk to as many as existing customers you could to get an idea of intensity of this scam.
4.) Visit all the bankers and not just one you decide to get loan from and get to know why most of the banks have stopped loan to Aliens
5.) Visit RC Puram police station near BHEL and check the FIR against them and the number of people in that FIR.
6.) If you have any relative or acquaintances in any media house check with him.
7.) Talk to land owners whose case is in Arbitration against Aliens.
8.) Do search with keywords

Never fall into the trap again. They can make foolish statements saying heaven on earth. Once you start trusting them no one can save you.
They still not understanding the pain but just want to construct SS1 from customers money ONLY.
All the investments paid by the customers were utilized for their lavish expenses and other activities but not for construction.
Now asking customers to support them without any shame.

They are calling customers not to mingle with other customers but to support the project. They also says that both customers and builder are on the same ship.
In fact, they didn't understand that both are on different ship, and customers paid for ticket, and the builder is not allowing them to enter. Builder is asking more and more money to enter into the ship., which is an illegal actiivty.

The builders are blaming market conditions ( I read it as lack of finance) and lack of permission from government for delay. I wonder why did they advertise that they will go for 30 floor tower when they did not have approval at the time of launch. Permissions were granted in 2010 and 2011 as per their website. Another factor they quote for delay is high quality construction of apartment and the facilities they propose to provide. Facilities like home automation etc are being provided by other builders too. I hope at least now they will pick up pace and try to deliver as per chabnged time line ( even after March 12 they have missed they have missed targets they set for themselves). Another news is that SBI is now unwilling to offer loan purchase of an apartment at space station 1.

The reasons are best known to the builder only and the only thing we know is we are suffering really badly due to their inability to build and unlawful demands of extra money(to the tune of 80-100% of the original flat cost) than agreed. Yes, we talked on numerous occasions but to no avail as they are bent upon asking illegal money and the project is totally stopped.
