Hi Joseph, I have booked a 3 BHK at Nakshatra. All the papers are in place and its been approved by all the leading banks. There are still few flats left with developer.

70L is on a higher side I feel. Builder can provide you flat with all inclusive at 70L..

If you are planning its better you approach the builder directly rather than trying in the resale market. As the property is still under construction eventually you need to buy from builder only.. If you wait till registration, then the prices would go even further

Hi Sudeep the current price is 5000/- and is expected to increase further when Metro becomes operational. Nakshatra is still cheaper compared to near by properties such as Brigade Gateway, Golden Grand, Salarpuria and the recently launched One Bangalore West

The brigade is selling at 7k, salarpuria at 8k and the pre launch offer of one blore west is at 6.1k.. u think 5k is a lot ??

Brigade is now over 10000. Nakshatra is now 5300 + floor rise, still quite cheap. Price will cross 6000 closer to possession, which is 3-4 months away
