what is the price of resale property in this area... I heard around 2200 only even can be negotiated even less.. What about the water quality in this area... some says its hard and salty.. any body is occupying in this area...six month back i visited that area.. Only one owner is occupying another is a teneant... two three houses are locked.. Anybody can know this area well can answer please....

I heard there are couple of resale plots available. Market price for WHG is within range of Rs.2750 - Rs.2900
