What are approvals pending from the authority? What is the meaning of "Reason can be many @kumar." as stated in your comment. Mr. suresh are you working with M/S Ramaneium Builders ?

May be there is a delay because the builder didn't get the approvals from the authority. Reason can be many @ Kumar. Did you check with the builder about the delay?
