Facing problems for internet access in Aishwaryam Greens, Pune

Q: My name is komal hotwani. I am currently residing in United states. My brother pankaj hotwani is residing in Aishwaryam Greens, Pune. We are facing problems to talk and communicate because there is no good facility for internet access. They enjoy other amenities at Aishwaryam greens but really bad problems because of no internet access. I request your department to help us solve this issue. Sincere thanks!

Hey Komal, the residents can request builder/management to change the common net vendor. And sometimes the video call app used might not be working properly. So better to get everything checked once..

Firstly he has to check with residents of other flats whether the problem is faced by them too.. If many residents in Aishwaryam Greens are facing this problem then please bring it to the notice of Association.
