Let me know the prevailing price of my plot

Q: I have a plot in Vinayaka Layout very close to the toll gate on the Chennai-Bangalore Highway in front of Venkateshwara Engineering College. The site size is [60x40]. Please let me know the prevailing price.

As your plot is very close to the toll gate on the Chennai-Bangalore Highway will can demand for high rates.

Hi Kumar, recently I had enquired about a 2400 sq ft plot near the Chennai-Bangalore Highway.. The price quoted was Rs 30 lakhs..
